Document Summary AOT SD Master Plan 2016-2019 AOT Sustainability Development Master Plan 2016-2019 (SD Master Plan) was established as a direction for company s sustainability strategies, which are divided into 3 main strategies including Sustainability Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Sustainability Initiatives. The Stakeholder Engagement strategy s sub-topic includes Engagement Process Development, Employee Participation, External Communication, and Sustainability Networking. Ultimate goal of the Stakeholder Engagement Strategy is to be an accepted airport operator by the local stakeholders, who are a part of AOT sustainable development. The objectives are to have in place stakeholder engagement for all groups, to acquire acceptance from all stakeholders according to AOT s sustainability development practices, and to elevate impacts of sustainability initiatives towards internal party, surrounding communities, and society-wide. The engagement processes are framed as Plan, Prepare, Implement; and Act, Review, Improve. Plan relates to identifying all stakeholders (e.g. group, issues, expectations, relationships, influence level, willingness, culture, obstacles, and possible relationship with other groups of stakeholder) as an input for stakeholder prioritization and selection of engagement methods (ex. Initiate collaboration project with specific group of stakeholder at high level engagement) Consequently, engagement plan will be drafted up which, for examples, includes appropriate engagement approach and frequency, contact person, rules, engagement risks, and reporting of engagement result. At last, planning also includes determining engagement KPI and impacts which related stakeholders are allowed to provide information on such KPI(s). A goal of this sub-strategy is to initiate efficient sustainability communication towards external stakeholders as to acknowledge, understand, and develop positive attitude towards AOT.
