16 12 2-2560 : Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study knowledge and behavior of pesticide using in agriculture at Sap Sombun subdistrict, Wichianburi district, Phetchabun province. The 187 samples were selected by purposive sampling. The data were collected by using of a set of questionnaire sand analyzed with descriptive statistics i.e. percentage, arithmetic mean, minimum, maximum and standard deviation, and Inferential statisticsi.e. chi-square. The result revealed that the farmers average age was 54 years old, most farmers were male (69.57%) and had primary school education level (63.04%). Most of farmer grown eld crop (79.55%). Average mean score of knowledge of farmers was 74.30%. The overall mean of behavior in using pesticides were high level. The correlation between the knowledge and behaviors regarding pesticides usage was positive at statistically signi cant level (r=0.41, P<0.01). This result replied that even though farmer had high level of knowledge and behavior in using pesticides. Government, related personals and organization should be to emphasize on appropriate knowledge to agriculture. 28 12 2-2560 2. : Abstract The purpose of this study was develop the process of learning lessons entrepreneurs agribusiness durian Long Lab-Lae Uttaradit province. The subject were speci c purposive sampling and volunteer sampling of farmer and farmer s children whose growing durian Long Lab-Lae. The sample was divide in two groups, The rst group used to collect data needs to learn the lessons of 30 people and another 10 people in-depth interview for the leaning design. The second group was the sample used in the experiment learning methods 22 people. The farmer are 11, and their children another 11 people. The instrument uses in research consist of, a survey needs to learn the lesson of the durian Long Lab-Lae. In-depth interview to determine the learning design, and questionnaire about learning design for farmers and their children. The result were as follow: 1. The survey needs to learn the lesson that, the most convenient way to learn is to unite education and self education the contents were interested to learn that order, is product management, the integration of famers and maintaining fruit trees. And in-depth interview found that, the content were interested to learn that order, is sale channel, and maintaining fruit trees. Learning design from in-depth interview are, the most convenient to read from document booklet because it is convenient and fast reading.

Result of opinion on learning design found that, a learning process that brought them new knowledge and new idea to share with the group and the children are at the highest level. And learn together with their children, causing the exchange of ideas about the profession of family. While the children of famers found that learning process made them gain new knowledge from the exchange in group and their parent are at the high level. And learning with parent gave them, ideas about the profession of family, and made them more interested in becoming agribusiness and care to grow durian at a high level. 40 12 2-2560 Abstract The research study about increasing competency of local crochet product in Nong-Now with participation was to nd the approach to increase crochet product potential by developing new product to obt ain additional values. Moreover, New products was designed by adapting Lanna perforation specialty to create patterns integrated to be satis ed customer products in sizes, shapes and patterns to be matched with usage and customers requirements such as blouse, ponchos and lampshades as new products.besides, package creation according to product positioning planned by the Crochet Group were paper bags for containing products as souvenirs. This included brand communication of the Group from the packages to develop brand recognition to customers. Furthermore, additional purchasing channels from online store for selling product through e-marketing system facilitated customers to purchase all the time resulting in sales increase. 54 12 2-2560 Abstract The purposes of this research were to surveyed the potential of tourism source of Nangpaya district, Tha Pla, Uttaradit province, and to create the tourism management model by community of Nangpaya district, Tapla, Uttaradit province. This was qualitative research. The instrument of this research was structured interview and focused group discussion. The key informants were tourist, people in Nangpaya district, community leader in Local Administration and Tha Pla municipality, administrative academic persons, and tourism academic persons. The potential of tourism source of Nangpaya district, Tha Pla, Uttaradit province was found that were 8 aspects: a convenient way to access, facility, management, environment, well-known, tourism activity, and community participation. A tourism management model by community of Nangpaya district, Tapla, Uttaradit province is the participation of community and government sector, supportive and promoting in tourism development from educational institutions, developing continuously on leader and people in the community, creating a network of tourism source within the province and nearby, the evaluation of the implementation group by participating of all parties involved.
