Publishers, Book Sellers, Dealers in Educational learing materials and educational CD s Sellers will ONLY be allowed to participate at the Book Exhibition. 2. The Participants are advised not to carry pirated, obscene books and also books banned by Government. Participants who don t comply with this regulation will not only lose their right to continue in the Fair but will also face appropriate legal action. 3. The Partipants are advised to strictly follow the Fair timings. The Participants will be allowed inside the Fair Grounds 30 minutes earlier to the commencement of the Fair. 4. Please pay attention to the announcements made from time to time during the Fair. Avoid causing disturbance and help us to run the fair smoothly. 5. The participants are advised to give only 10% discount and bills have to be issued for all the sales. 6. Hawking, canvassing and distribution of bit notices inside the book Fair premises are strictly prohibited. Similarly encroaching common passage between the stalls is strictly prohibited. 7. Participants should make their own arrangement for racks and furniture. 8. Participants should get written prior from the organizers for any prize scheme or an event. 9. Exhibitors allotted under the category of books are NOT allowed to use Television, Speakers etc. Television if used in stall other than the multimedia stalls are lible to be collected stall rents as applicable for multimedia stalls. Multimedia stalls displaying inactive CD s and DVD d SHOULD NOT use speakers but can use HEADPHONES attached to their computers for testing the Audio performance to potential buyers / visitors. If the exhibitor requires extra electrical points other than the one given to them, they have to approach Chennai Puthaga Sangamam Of ce for the same well in advance. These will be provided at an extra cost. 10. For Entry to Book Fair 2 badges will be issued per Single stall. Additional badges can be obtained from the Fair of ce at an extra cost of Rs.50/- each with a maximum of 5 per participant. These badges are not transferable. Badges should be worn at all times during the Book Fair timings. 11. NAME BOARDS will be supplied by the Organiser. All the Name Boards will be of Uniform size. 12. The Organiser will provide Insurance cover of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) per participant. If Participant wishes to insure for more than Rs.1,00,000/- he should arrange the same on his own. 13. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for any loss suffered by the Participants due to theft, burglary, pilferage, re, ood etc. However, reasonable security arrangements will be made throughout the period of Book Fair by the Organiser. Further, Participants should take proper care to protect their men and material by strictly following the announcements made during the Book Fair. If any Participant violates the above rules and regulations, he will lose his right to further participate in the Book Fair liable to be sent out without notice and he will also forgo his right for participating in the Future Fairs.
