All taxes such as octroi, GST or any other tax, if levyable by any authority up to the ultimate destination of the purchaser /bidder are payable by the buyer. However, the sales certificate may be issued by KSFC, if required. 5. KSFC reserve the right of accepting or rejecting any or all the bids received without assigning any reasons to the bidders. The decision of KSFC will be final conclusive and legally binding to all purchasers / bidders. 6. The bidders, shall at the time of submitting the bids, furnished his specific address and mobile / phone Number to which all communication could be sent. The KSFC will not be responsible for the consequences (if any) due to communication sent to the address is not received by him. Submission of Bid : The Tender cum Bid Document duly filled and signed with official seal shall be submitted in sealed Envelope / Cover marked as under: a. 8. The tenderers are requested to submit their competitive quotes. The Corporation will negotiate the rates quoted with H1 only the tenderers are requested to be present at the time of opening the tenders in the office of DGM (P&A), KSFC, HO, KSFC Bhavan, No.1/1, Thimmaiah Road, Bangalore-52, with all relevant particulars / information to take decision 9. The bidders should quote their highest price/bid, exclusive of taxes. RTO fee, levies for which bid is offered. Successful bidder shall also be liable to pay all statutory taxes, Cess, fee, levy, etc., as per applicable statutes. The legal charges for conveyance, stamp duty and registration or any other charges as are applicable will have to be borne by the Bidder (purchaser). 10. If the first highest bidder fails to remit the amount on the stipulated date, his EMD shall be forfeited without notice and 2nd highest bidder shall be called for negotiation. The sale order will be issued if his offer is acceptable. If the 2nd highest bidder fails to lift the vehicle within the stipulated period his EMD shall be forfeited without notice. 11. The vehicle is insured for third party. The successful bidder has to bear GST and other statutory dues. 12. Earnest Money Deposit the unsuccessful bidders will be returned to them as early as possible after confirmation of the sale. 13. The successful bidders shall have to shift the vehicle in respect of which sale are confirmed within 7 (seven) days of confirmation of sale. Failure to do so, within the said specified period would attract ground rent of Rs.250 (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) per day. In any successful bidders shall after confirmation of sale otherwise they are liable to forfeit the amounts paid. 14. The Successful bidder, as soon as his offer is confirmed and intimated, shall pay a sum equal to 25% of the bid/auction amount after adjustment of Earnest Money Deposit already paid within 7 (seven )days from the date of confirmation. There after the balance 75% of the amount shall be paid within 15(fifteen) days from the date of confirmation. The amount should be paid in the from Cash/Demand draft / Banker s Cheque to KSFC, Bangalore. Nonpayment of 25% of the bid amount within the stipulated period will result in rejection of the bid and forfeiture of the EMD Also non payment of the balance 75% of the bid amount after acceptance of the bid will result in rejection of the bid and forfeiture of 25% of the bid amount deposit, without any notice. KSFC reserves the right to re- auction sale and the defaulting bidders, shall have no claim over this. 15. KSFC bears no responsibility once the vehicle is permitted to move out of the Campus. 16. No claim on KSFC shall be entertained for any reasons whatsoever on account of Tender cum Auction sale. 17. Corrigendum / modification / Correction, if any will be published in the website only. 18. Clarification, if any, can be obtained from Manager (Admn.), working hours of the Corporation. 19. Any dispute arise either with regard to the interpretations of the terms and conditions of here, the decision of the KSFC, Bangalore, shall be final and binding. 20.
