Statutory Resolution seeking 1 Hour disapproval of the Building and (To be discussed Other Construction Workers' together) Welfare Cess Ordinance, Consideration and return of the Building and other Construction Workers' Welfare Cess Bill, 1995, after it is passed by Lok Sabha. The Committee also recommended that Private Members' Business (Bills) scheduled for Friday, the Ist March, 1996 be postponed and the date would be announced later. The Committee further recommended that in order to complete the Listed Government Business, the House should sit up to 6.00 P.M. and beyond, if necessary, from today, the 28th February, (The House adjourned for lunch at 1.04 p.m. and re-assembled at 2.02 p.m.) 13.
