The number of women employees was 400 of which 350 did not belong to a trade union. In 2007 the number of union workers increased to 3160 of which 2580 were men. On the other hand, the number of non-union workers fell to 416 of which 56 were women. In 2008 there were 3600 workers who belonged to a trade union and 400 who did not belong to a trade union.
