Al-Areen Wildlife Park and Reserve Al-Areen Wildlife Park and Reserve is located in the western part of Bahrain. It is a wonderful zoo. It is 24 minutes drive from the capital of Bahrain, Manama, Al Areen Wildlife Park and Reserve is more than 8 square kilometers. The park is perfect for families and animal lovers to explore and enjoy seeing animals in the wild. It was built to protect rare Arabian species. Today hundreds of other animals and bird species live contentedly in Al-Areen Wildlife Park such as ducks, pelicans, flamingos, gazelles, wild sheep, ostriches, camels, goats, donkeys and hundreds of exotic creatures. What's more, the animals are not locked in cages, so they are happier and healthier. Al-Areen Wildlife Park is a fun and safe zoo.
